Refund policy

You can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of the good by you and provided the item is new, unused, and in the original packaging. To request a return please contact MINUS-8 Customer Care at care@minus8watch.com. We will assess whether the returned goods are in pristine condition, and if so, the refund will be made within 30 days. Refunds can only be issued in the form of original payment.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from www.minus8watch.com. If you have purchased your item from one of our retail partners please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund based on their return policy.
